If you've received a notification stating that your parcel has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please allow 24-48 hours to pass to ensure that the parcel does not arrive. If it has not and this time period has passed, please reach out to us at email@example.com and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist!
We'll need to submit a service ticket with Canada Post so that they are aware that we are in question of your item. Once we have received a confirmed status of your parcel from Canada Post, we can then move onto the next steps. This will result in either the original parcel being successfully delivered to you or us reshipping your items. Please kindly note that we do not issue refunds for these types of scenarios and we must confirm the status of the parcel before determining a final resolution.
