Please kindly note that we will not be able to accommodate any order edits, cancellations or address changes once an order has been placed. Once an order has been submitted, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment queue and we are unable to locate it amongst the thousands of other orders within the queue. 


We’re working extremely hard to get all orders out as fast as possible which is why our fulfillment process moves so quickly. All sales are final, regardless of whether the parcel has been shipped or not. We truly appreciate your understanding!


See below some further steps you can take to update your address (if applicable):


If your parcel is shipped to the wrong address and you chose Canada Post, we recommend that you visit your tracking information page and select “Deliver to postal office” as your method of delivery if the option is available.


There is also a point in time where the tracking information reflects a scan titled, "Verifying Address, Possible Delay". During this period you can reach out to a Canada Post representative via the chat bubble located in the bottom-right-hand corner. From there, you may be able to verify your correct address with them.



Please note that neither of these solutions is guaranteed and additional fees may apply. 

If you have selected Purolator and have entered the wrong shipping address, you will need to contact them directly to see if they are able to reroute your parcel for you. You may do so by clicking here.


If these options are not available and the parcel is sent back to us, we can ship it back out to you after processing any additional costs.
