These reasons could include a high-volume of parcels being processed by the shipping partner, the ever-evolving COVID-19 restrictions put in place for our shipping partner's representatives, extreme weather conditions (such as the BC floods) or public demonstrations (such as the protests in Ottawa).

If you're experiencing delays with your order, please reach out to Canada Post or Purolator directly so that they can provide further insight. We will have no further information than what they can provide.
