Our subscription platform works separately from our store platform, so you will not be able to log in via our store and access your subscription details. Your Customer Care Portal is what will give you direct access to your subscription.

At the time of your registration, you would have received a confirmation email. This email contains a link to your Customer Care Portal, which is where you can edit your subscription order and its frequency, update your address or contact information and pause/cancel the subscription. We encourage our customers to bookmark this page for future reference and easy access! 

Please kindly note that our Subscribe & Save memberships have a minimum length of 3 orders. This means that orders can be paused or postponed at any time, but customers can only cancel their subscription once they have received 3 subscription orders.
