Please kindly note that we will not be able to accommodate any order edits, cancellations or address changes once an order has been placed. Once an order has been submitted, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment queue and we are unable to locate it amongst the thousands of other orders within the queue. We’re working extremely hard to get all orders out as fast as possible which is why our fulfillment process moves so quickly.
All sales are final, regardless of whether the parcel has been shipped or not.
